Covid 19 Update  – 20.04.2020 – 06.30am

 

Alperton Depot:  91 Manor Farm Road HA0 1BN

• Alperton branch will remain open for collection and deliveries.
• Opening times are Mon-Fri 6.30am to 16.30pm, We will work restricted hours on Saturdays.
• We are asking all customers to queue up outside the gate.
• We will be allowing two vehicles in at any one time to collect materials. You will be let in by staff.
• Only local deliveries will be taken, delivery dates cant not be promised or guaranteed.

 

Hendon Depot: 1A Brent Park Road NW9 7AJ

• Hendon branch will remain open for collection and deliveries.
• Opening times are Mon-Fri 6.30am to 16.30pm, Saturdays 7.00 to 11.30am
• We are asking all customers to queue up outside the gate.
• We will be allowing two vehicles in at any one time to collect materials. You will be let in by staff.
• Only local deliveries will be taken, delivery dates cant not be promised or guaranteed.

 

Operation Procedure – Both Branches.

We must emphasise, we may have to cancel, postpone or reschedule your deliveries should there be any urgent requirement from the NHS or key workers that need immediate attention. Please bear this in mind when placing your orders.

We will also prioritise NHS and Key Worker collections. They will be asked to come to the front of the queue and be served as a priority.

We urge you to abide by the 2m distancing rules to make sure our staff keep safe and to keep you safe.

Drivers will not be handling cash on site, payment would be required prior to delivery.
